Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although initially cold, eventually became warm and comfortable, but cleanliness could have been better, especially with ants around. The service was excellent overall, except for some food order mix-ups. The location was perfect for my needs, and the dining experience was mostly enjoyable. However, there were issues with cleanliness and slow service in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and had large beds, but the temperature was quite hot initially before it got comfortable. The restaurant in the pub served lovely food, which was a highlight. However, it was unfortunate that the room only warmed up around 4 am after setting the heater to 28 degrees, impacting my overall comfort during the night.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, but being located on the ground floor meant dealing with luggage without a lift. There was a bit of noise from the kitchen staff chatting during breaks, and the TV channels were limited. The room had a slightly fusty smell, suggesting the need for better ventilation before arrival.
The hotel offers basic and comfortable rooms that are good value for the money, despite some noise issues. The service provided was fantastic, though there were some instances of lost bookings. The location was excellent for our trip's purpose, with a lovely nearby pub for breakfast. The dining experience left much to be desired, with lukewarm food and limited options. Overall, a decent stay with a few shortcomings.
