My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although initially cold, eventually became warm and comfortable, but cleanliness could have been better, especially with ants around. The service was excellent overall, except for some food order mix-ups. The location was perfect for my needs, and the dining experience was mostly enjoyable. However, there were issues with cleanliness and slow service in some areas.
